Appointment Policies: - Each appointment slot is reserved for one client. If you would like to book for more than one person, please schedule additional appointments for each individual. As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, please do not bring guests who are not receiving a service at the time of your appointment. - Permanent jewelry is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers or allergies to 14k gold or sterling silver. Please carefully consider any medical conditions or metal sensitivities before proceeding. - Permanent Links is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications related to the service. - Complimentary reattachment is available as long as the original chain is provided, whether it has been broken, pulled, stretched, or cut. - Lost chains cannot be replaced or refunded.
