When 8 or more permanent jewelry pieces are purchased (excluding rings), you, the host, receive a complimentary permanent bracelet of your choice, as our thank you for making it all happen! Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policies: - Each appointment slot is reserved for one client. If you would like to book for more than one person, please schedule additional appointments for each individual. As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, please do not bring guests who are not receiving a service at the time of your appointment. - Permanent jewelry is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers or allergies to 14k gold or sterling silver. Please carefully consider any medical conditions or metal sensitivities before proceeding. - Permanent Links is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications related to the service. - Complimentary reattachment is available as long as the original chain is provided, whether it has been broken, pulled, stretched, or cut. - Lost chains cannot be replaced or refunded. Deposit Policies: - Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. - Please arrive on time to ensure we can give you the full experience you deserve. ✨ Thank you for understanding—this allows us to provide an elevated, personalized experience for every client.
